White Horse
We started our journey in 2013 by buying the lease on the White Horse Ruddington. Taking a small village drinking pub and turning it into a destination dining pub that grew a large loyal customer base. Priding ourselves on running some amazing events we were very proud of our time in Ruddington and will always look back with great affection.
Events
After running successful events for people like Formula One at Silverstone, Royal Ascot, and Evolution in Battersea Park we decided to set up our own outside catering and events company. Covering everything from running people’s big days at their weddings up to bars at Leeds Festival. If you’d like us to run an event for you, please send us a message.
The Unicorn’s Head
We watched this pub for a while hoping for it to come on the market, then the email arrived and we jumped at the chance to take over. This pub was built in 1717 and has so much character, the brewer’s chimney is very impressive. We added some love to the place and put our own stamp on the pub; we love owning the unicorn and love seeing it go from strength to strength. If you haven’t been before it’s a perfect spot to drive out to and enjoy the beautiful village of Langar.
The Duck
This canal side pub is like an oasis in the amazing Vale of Belvoir, sat in the shadow of the glorious Belvoir Castle. The Duck is a great place for a walk along the canal followed by a lovely lunch or dinner. Drinks on the terrace in the summer months can feel like you are in another country. Our owner used to spend many a summer day with his family growing up in the garden or having a meal in the pub.
The Bradgate
When we went to look at The Bradgate we were blown away by its surrounding village of the amazing Newtown Linford. Close to the magical Bradgate Park the pub sits straight in the middle of the village, built from the local stone, this is a gem of a building. Drive out for the day and take in the beautiful area.
The Lancaster

Pubs were places where news travelled faster than letters, groups met, deals were done, strangers were welcomed, and locals were made. As society grew and mass consumption prioritised pounds over people, the pub became a vendor, not the community hub it was born to be. We’re reviving the Great British Local Pub.
