Then they simply became vendors.
We're making them locals again.
Pubs were places where news travelled faster than letters, groups met, deals were done, strangers were welcomed, and locals were made. As society grew and mass consumption prioritised pounds over people, the pub became a vendor, not the community hub it was born to be. We’re reviving the Great British Local Pub.
Community is the foundation everything stands on. We are not just a vendor; we are the hub we were born to be. We support others, give space, and show up, because strong communities create strong pubs. We root ourselves in the place we call home.
